This interactive Thai Noodles Cooking Workshop offers participants a hands-on introduction to Thailand’s famous noodle dishes, while exploring everyday life, food traditions, and culture in Thailand.
Led by a Thai chef, participants will learn how to prepare three authentic Thai noodle recipes, using traditional ingredients and techniques. The workshop explores the importance of noodles in Thai street food and home cooking, highlighting balance of flavours such as sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. Throughout the session, the chef shares personal insights intoThai culture, food traditions, family life, and daily living in Thailand, helping participants understand the cultural significance behind the dishes.
