Robert Mizzell, a Louisiana native, has called Ireland home for over 25 years and is now one of the country’s most popular and successful country music artists. Voted Ireland’s Favourite Country Music Singer by RSVP magazine, Robert has released 15 studio albums and 2 full-length DVDs, and continues to tour extensively across Ireland and the UK with his band.
Born and raised near Shreveport, Louisiana, Robert’s musical roots began in gospel music before he moved to Ireland to pursue his dream of a country music career. His breakthrough hits include Kick Ass Country, Say You Love Me, Mama Courtney, John Deere Beer and Louisiana Saturday Night. He has also collaborated with American country star Collin Raye, with multiple number-one singles on the European Country charts.
In recognition of his achievements, Robert was inducted into Shreveport’s prestigious Walk of Stars in 2011, with the day officially declared Robert Mizzell Day.
