Moving Canvas NI Mental Health Arts Festival 2024
This festival, now in its tenth year, challenges the stigma associated with talking about our mental health and wellbeing. It highlights the significance of our creativity, self-expression and the arts as a support for positive mental health and wellbeing.
The theme for this year’s festival is : PAUSE.
‘Moving Canvas’ began as an invitation to seven artists living, working, from or based in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area, to participate in a series of conversations, experiences and opportunities to PAUSE….to stop and reflect on their own creative practice and that of each other’s and to review their own mental health and wellbeing.
