Purchasing Tickets for Performances with Social Distancing in place
The seating in the theatre has been arranged cabaret style to ensure social distancing where guests can sit in tables. A limited number of single seats will be available for each performance (in the balcony), tickets will be sold in tables of 2 and 4. Tickets will be sold for the maximum number of seats available at that table. Track and trace details will be recorded and verified on the night of the performance for each ticket holder.
Tickets must be pre-purchased in advance of an event and are available to purchase from www.struleartscentre.co.uk if you cannot purchase your ticket online, please contact box office 028 8224 7831 between Mon – Fri 9.30am – 5.00pm. There will be no Box Office available on the evening of an event.
When you purchase a ticket online you will receive an eticket via email confirmation. You will need to show this eticket to our front of house team on arrival on a digital device, or as a physical print-out that you can do at home. Box Office will no longer be printing/providing a physical ticket for collection. If you have not received your e-ticket 24 hours before the performance, please make a note of your order number and bring a digital/printed copy of your Order Confirmation email along with you.

Before you Arrive
Please remember your face covering. It must be worn at all times within all areas of our building. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering please let our front of house team know as soon as you arrive.
Where possible, please do not bring extra bags and coats into the theatre, to reduce clutter at your seats.
We have increased the circulation of fresh air throughout the building so it might be cooler than you are used to. You may want to bring an extra layer, just in case.
Enhanced hygiene procedures are in place.
When you Arrive
When you arrive, we’ll ask you and all the members of your party to check in with our Front of House staff. You will be shown directly to your seat where table service will be provided.
