Capacity

We are slowly increasing capacity in the auditorium to ensure the safety of our audiences and staff. We will therefore be limiting the number of seats available for sale.

Timed Arrival
To ease congestion and help manage your entrance into the theatre, you should arrive early to avoid queuing. Our staff at the venue will be on hand to ensure a smooth transition into the venue.

Test, Trace, Protect contact tracing programme

Venues are required to collect customer details to help with the Test, Trace, Protect contact tracing programme. Customer details will include the:

  • name and telephone number of each visitor over the age of 16; and
  • date and time of their visit

We ask you to register you and your party’s details for NHS track and trace purposes. You can do this easily via the link in the email that you will receive on the day of the show or alternatively on the night.

To reduce queues at our bars, we are offering the following service options:

  • We are permitting drinks to be consumed in our auditorium – you can order from your seat.

The theatre will be cleaned thoroughly before every show, with high touch-point areas cleaned at regular intervals.

Air Circulation
We will maximise the amount of fresh air circulating around the venue during every performance. Please be aware that as a result the temperature inside the auditorium will be more affected by the external temperatures so it might be cooler than you are used to. You may want to bring an extra layer, just in case.

We kindly ask all patrons to refrain from singing along or loudly cheering, out of consideration for those around you.

Meeting the Cast
