The Joy of Perception by Beth Jones and Andrea Warnock

Strule Arts Centre is delighted to welcome everyone to the Opening of ‘The Joy of Perception’, an exhibition of painting by Beth Jones and Andrea Warnock at 7pm on Thursday 30 January. Both local artists have painted since childhood and are keen to show their artwork (in mixed media, oils, acrylic pastel and texture) to a wider audience. As Beth explains,’ The title ‘The Joy of Perception’ is a celebration of the fact that everyone views things differently. Whether that view is verbalised or stored away quietly, it is in itself a joyful thing.’

Beth and Andrea have known each other from childhood, so a lot of their memories are entwined and relayed in their paintings.

The exhibition runs until Saturday 22 February. The exhibition is open from 9.30am -5pm, Monday – Saturday. Admission is free.
