We're delighted to showcase Omagh's unique music heritage once more. This immersive tour offers a fascinating exploration of Omagh's cultural legacy, from the renowned Jimmy Kennedy and St. Eugene’s Brass & Reed Band, through the vibrant Showband era, to our very own Elvis and the contemporary music scene.

The tour commences at the Strule Arts Centre’s rooftop museum, where you can gain an initial insight into Omagh’s musical milestones before setting off through the charming streets of Omagh. As you stroll through the county town on a Saturday morning, you'll not only learn about its musical roots but also take in the local sights and sounds.

After the tour, return to the rooftop museum to immerse yourself further in the music heritage displays at your leisure. Enhance your experience by coinciding your visit with the Omagh Eats food festival. Please note, the tour involves walking for approximately an hour over mixed terrain, including footpaths and cobbled stones. Be prepared for all weathers and eventualities.
